Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the unique nature of our products, Happy Vibes cannot accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@happyvibes.life within 14 days from the purchase date. We strive to respond within 24 hours on business days, excluding weekends and certain holidays.
  • If your Parcel is lost/stolen please contact your shipping provider and verify that your address is indeed correct. If certain special circumstances occur, please contact us at info@happyvibes.life.

Shipping Policy

We process orders Monday through Friday.

  • Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States, Puerto Rico. We offer international shipping.
  • Retail orders typically dispatch within 1-2 business days, though delays may occur occasionally. We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which generally takes an additional 2-4 days for delivery within the 48 contiguous States.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery times are estimates and may change due to various factors.
  • Delivery Restrictions: USPS does not deliver to Military Bases, and FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders to these addresses will be placed on hold indefinitely and may result in a ban from future purchases at our discretion.
  • Liability: Once a package is in the carrier's possession, Happy Vibes is not liable for its status or location.
  • During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 5 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

Cancellation and Chargeback Policy:

  • Any attempts to cancel or chargeback orders after placement or shipping, or insinuations of unfavorable reviews to influence outcomes, will be considered as potential fraud and a violation of our Terms of Service. This may result in a ban from future purchases and sharing of your information with affiliated and non-affiliated entities, possibly affecting your transactions with other businesses.

Customer Service & Address Verification

  • Communication: We aim to respond promptly to customer service emails but cannot guarantee a response. Communications with our customer service are not private.
  • Address Verification: We use USPS address verification. In case of address issues, we will contact you via phone or email, which may delay your order. Unresponsive orders after 48 hours from our final contact attempt may be cancelled and refunded without consent.
  • Order Verification: For high-value orders, we may require additional verification, potentially delaying your order. Failure to respond within 48 hours of our final contact may lead to order cancellation and refund without consent.
